About Tess
Tess is a lifelong student (with an MA and a coaching certificate under her belt), a mother, a traveler, and a survivor of DV who found healing through creative expression and wants the same for you.
Journalling and then music writing led her to finding the purpose for her deep sensitivity and huge feelings as well as a place to turn suffering into beauty. Songwriting became a channel to her highest self and divine intuition that reminds her oh-so-human self that she was made for more than this.
That feels like the superpower she always wanted as a teen. Even if she'll never be a vampire slayer, she has learned to slay her own personal demons.

Conduit
Conduit is a mash up of my two most successful circles: Bliss is on the Inside, an exploration of the sensation of desire and all of its shadows; and Voice Activation, a course in anger and vocal expression.
Creative expression is a practice of embodiment in which the depths of the pain in our body is allowed to move out to make way for true knowing. We are all already conduits; we just have to clear the way.
